Draymond Green: I don't pay much attention to anybody in Cleveland

Former Michigan State and Saginaw High star Draymond Green was calm Thursday when questioned about an argument between his mother and a Cleveland Cavaliers fan after Wednesday's NBA Finals game.

If you had no idea what was going on when Draymond Green was and then wasn't ejected from Game 4 of the NBA Finals, you weren't the only one.

Except it wasn't actually his second technical foul.

The Golden State Warriors' star forward received a technical foul in the first half after arguing with the refs about a call.

Midway through the third quarter, Green received another technical foul for arguing with the refs.

You can use a weapon or you can use it as a tool. "That's our word now", he continued, "and you can't have it back". Maher acknowledged that "it doesn't matter that it wasn't said in malice" since the word "brought pain to people".

Babers-Green - who is known for her social media posts - said apologies were made after the incident.

The box was changed after the third quarter to indicate Kerr had received the first technical. "I don't pay that much attention to anybody in Cleveland, honestly", he said.

The officials acknowledged after the game they did not handle the situation very well. "At that time, we did not do a very good job of listening to the PA announcer and we did not hear him announce it". The Warriors lead the Cavaliers 3-1 in the series.

Draymond Green is a vocal player whose energy sometimes gets the best of him.
